DJ 2RO is Arturo Morejon, a South Florida DJ and event producer based between Miami and Homestead. He started DJing in 1989 and that same year founded Nation Wide Sound DJ’s, the company behind his parties, festivals and community events ever since.
From the Turntables to Full Production
Being DJ 2RO grew into much more than standing behind the decks. Over more than three decades Arturo added professional sound reinforcement, lighting, staging, video production and livestreaming to the music, so one team can handle an event from the first song to the final broadcast.
- DJ entertainment for private parties, corporate events, community events and festivals
- Professional sound and lighting for indoor and outdoor events
- Mobile staging for concerts and community events
- Video production and livestreaming from the MiamiGoTV studio in Princeton, FL
Part of a Bigger Family of Productions
DJ 2RO’s work connects several South Florida brands: Nation Wide Sound DJ’s for DJ and event services, Reflections Productions for large-scale concert and event production, and MIAMIGO.TV for video and live broadcasts. He also supports community history and storytelling through the South Dade News Leader, including the Captain Jim Anson oral-history project.
Faith, Family and Community
Arturo’s Christian faith, his family and his community come first. That shows up in the work: church services and community celebrations, local dance companies and young performers, and long-term relationships with the organizations he has served for years.
